When I first started working at Subway I had a great time, fun coworkers. But now that there is one specific employee, there is a toxic environment and he brings everyone down. There are now sides people are picking in the store.

I am part of the leadership team and believe that we should work together better but one thing I do like about us is that there is always at least one of us working on the clock
