Only half that does their jobs I like the others are worthless

I got fired for no reason managers need to be replaced with people who are confident enough to do their job and willing to do it
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do their jobs and stay off their phones and stop sitting all the time. They never help when their are alot of customers nor do they complete the training needed to do the job
