What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store desperately needs maintenance, nearly everything we use to make the food either only halfway works or doesn't work at all. And it shows to the customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise. Minimum wage just doesn't allow for me to make ends meet. That's even if I get to work a decent amount of hours which is hit and miss.
