What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really enjoyed the ability to be artistic and help hungry people. it was an easy job for the most part. The food was easily accessible and the tools were modern and easy to use. i also enjoyed interacting with the inspector and learning about more policies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would have greatly appreciated it if my coworkers were to display work values. instead i was faced with harassment for doing my job. Every time i reported the situation i was told to "take care of it" ny the owner. More positive and productive environment would have changed everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have spent 3 years and seen 2 owners and after taking care of the restaurant, i received threats and discrimination on the store. The owner refused to settle any of the problems. in the end, i was the one who was deleted. thos is wrong. sibway was my life and now i am homeless with nothing in debt
