The management need to talk to me about taking my shifts off of me and what I can do to gain them back
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager ha scut my hours and gave them to someone without proper notice and being agreed upon between us. Apparently I am not a valued team member even though I do most of the jobs on site. If someone is unable to or unwilling to complete or take an order I am there to do so.
