They need to be better at taking charge because at the moment everyone puts all the work onto me

My coworkers need to stop trying to take over my job and expect me to do all of the work

The teamwork isn’t there between anybody, I try to help everybody but once I fail they all seem to think that it is alright to belittle me and revoke hour
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I feel undervalued as I am unable to currently provide for myself due to the fact that my hours have been revoked without prior necessary conversations and I’m down from 15 hours a week to only
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One coworker helps in daily tasks whilst the rest of team including the manager rarely do above their pay grade . I am left to do all the strenuous tasks and yet I am the one who is being dealt the faulty hand of cards.
