BAD MANGMENT,MAGER WILL SET YOU UP TO FAILER, MANGER HAS FRINDS SO THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT WHILE WORK,MANGER DOESNT HELP WITH CUSTOMERS AND WORK, IF YOU ASK THE MANGER FOR SHE WILL SAY THAT ITS NOT HER RESPONSIBLITY TO HELP WITH CUSTOMERS AND STORE WORK,AND ALL SHE DOES IS GO TO THE BANK IN RUSH.

Not many questions during the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only if you are sick and want to call out you can do that,and honetly I cant remember any.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get a good manger,be srtic about the rules,put manger all the time,if worker are not doing what they supposed to do they should be in a talk witht the good manger.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Each person do their work and not act like they are working,and make the work enivornment good not bad,and doesnt mean if someone is freind with the manger they dont have to do their work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
EASY QUESTION FOR EXAMPLE A WORKER WILL HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE TRASH THEY WILL SAY NO JUST BECASUE THEY ARE GIR,older, or whatever reason,and most of the worker are putting their work on other worker becasue they are lazy.
