Subway was a great company for me to work at in the pst but recently i started back at a subway and because of poor managemnt and no hekp frok the district manager I am going to quit soon.
What makes you most happy at work?
My favorite part is Clocking out.

Better leadership from everyone with higher power in the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being professional and not lashing out in text messages once an employee is off the clock.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was short and to the point not asking useless questions like why do you want to work here, for income, thats it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone taking a course on professionalism in the work place so it does not feel like emotionally unstable adults being rude to their younger employees
