What I like best about the leadership team is that everyone is truly an expert in their field: they bring a wealth of experience to their roles. We've recently brought on two new EVPs, and they are amazing. Michael Grasso also moved to chief revenue officer, which is excellent for us.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating the strategy to actually make money. Rewarding high performers with pay improvements. Do not insist managers evaluate all players as "Meets Expectations" regardless of whether they exceed them or not. It is super clear performance evaluations are used solely to keep a lid on payroll.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full coverage of health care costs.

What I like best about the compensation package is the diversity of it. It is spread out over a variety of investments. We have a base salary, cash bonus, stock bonus, 401K, employee stock purchase, plus all of the regular healthcare, etc., you would expect.

Everyone is extremely approachable and open to help.

Our company's most positive culture or environment is that we remain hungry to succeed. We are a lean, young, ten-year-old start-up that happens to be a publicly traded company. We are moving at a comfortably fast pace that is exciting and intentional.
