The leadership team needs to be better at visiting the employees and when they say they are going to visit keep there word. My manager always makes it a point to come to my office and see if we need anything and if we do helps us get it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CXP's do so much to get the project progressing and we get paid a fraction of what the reps get paid. Yes sales is hard but so is making sure you are keeping up on your pipeline and making sure each project is moving in the correct timeframes. It would be nice to get a % of the reps commission.

I just feel that with all that I have learned and how far I have come in my short amount of time I believe my pay should be higher to reflect the hard work i am putting in

Experience and seniority are often overlooked.

They are always giving us more work to do and always wants us to help other offices on top of our own work and sometimes have to stay later to do so and are not compensated when we are doing way more work.
