My team is like one big family, we all care about each other and everyone is always supportive of each others accomplishments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team makes sure they are aware of my goals. they take the time to tell me what I need to do to get to my goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CXP's do so much to get the project progressing and we get paid a fraction of what the reps get paid. Yes sales is hard but so is making sure you are keeping up on your pipeline and making sure each project is moving in the correct timeframes. It would be nice to get a % of the reps commission.
