I love it here. I came in right in the middle of a few acquisitions and was immediately able to make an impact. My leadership believes in me, trusts me to make decisions, and helps to develop my areas of opportunity. We work very hard, but we have a ton of fun along the journey

The questions from the leadership team I talked with. They truly wanted to know who I was and how I would fit into their organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pace at which we operate is perfect for someone like me with the 'squirrel attention'. Everyday is new and builds off the last. The people are the best in the business!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration, authenticity, and empowerment... we all work together to make it happen. My leaders empower me to make decisions and I do the same with my team. We bring our authentic selves each and everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone understands that we are a fast growing company and we often wear multiple hats. The "that's not my job" mentality doesn't exist here - which makes the entire team run so much more smoothly. We are a family
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. While they don't share every single thing that happens, they do share when appropriate. We sit all across the world, so communication is huge in this environment. Also, I trust them and feel as though they always have the employees best interest in mind.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are a pay for performance culture... you perform well, you are paid well. Our benefits are the best I have ever had. Low deductibles, 401(k) match, and excellent network... plus tuition reimbursement and volunteer time off. Amazing company that really cares about their employees
