My experience has been amazing! I joined during a time where we had just acquired quite a few companies. We were going 100 mph and it hasn't really stopped yet. This environment isn't for everyone, but it is 100% for me. I need to be challenged and I don't want to do the same thing everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are top notch, seriously, top 10% in the Saas space. Tuition reimbursement, volunteer time that is paid, donation match, 401(k) match, maternity/paternity, and healthy PTO... they have everything.

They care about the employees at Syndigo and each share the goal of creating a winning culture. Leaders dive in and help where needed - living out our value of collaboration every chance they get.

The notion of 'that's not my job' doesn't exist at Syndigo. With our fast growth, we often wear multiple hats and have to pivot quickly... the team does an amazing job of supporting each other.

Our values aren't just words on a poster... they are a way of life. We bring our true authentic selves to work each day and don't have to apologize for it... we are accepted for who we are
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the future. We have a leadership team who understands that product is important, but people make the product function properly. My career path is clearly outlined and I am empowered to make decisions for the items I am responsible for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions I was asked by the leaders I spoke with were very well thought out. I could tell that they truly wanted to get to know me and that their culture was very important. When leaders care that much about the culture, I want to be there.
