I really enjoy the challenges that come with working for Syndigo, but it can be very hard on your personal life. If you have a passion for work there is a never ending amount of work and sometimes it is very hard to pull away.

They do recognize the people that work hard.

Challenges and no day ever being the same.

Their excitement and drive to improve processes and procedures.

Their ability to have an open and candid conversation with all employees.

The 401k matching at Syndigo is higher than the normal matching at most companies.

Everyone is very high energy and while the work pace is very fast, that closely aligns with the people that work here.

Recognition for hard work is the best part because if you are going to work as much as we do you want to at least be recognized.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to get things done. There is not one team member, all the way up to the executives, that won't do the work of a young employee. We are truly one team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love a challenge and I am constantly challenged. I have had jobs before where I got very bored in a year, at Syndigo, I don't see how I could ever be bored. To add to this, I love doing the things I do so all of the challenges I am faced with I enjoy executing on.
