I am extremely happy in my role here at Syndigo. The market space we inhabit is constantly evolving and growing. As a result, we are constantly evolving and growing. We are all aligned in purpose and mission to make our solution best of breed and our company a highly desired place to work.

Even though we are well past the startup phase of a business, the pace and drive of the company is still very much that of an evolving company

The culture at Syndigo is aligned with our tag line "Right Data. Right Now". I would describe our culture as "Right People. Best Results". The culture is positive, collaborative, and coherent.

I feel my compensation is in line with my market value. I like that I have upside potential by way of bonus incentives that drive me to not only meet, but exceed, expectations (mine and the company's)
