From the VP to my peers they have all been super to work alongside. I'm fortunate to live close to corporate so I have the ability to get into the office on occasion-I'm mostly remote. I feel valued!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Titles that align with the rest of my group. Compensation would be the same across the group. I feel like my personal compensation is a little low.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are dedicated to improving processes and making sure everyone involved has a voice. The door is always open and they will take the time to allow you to be open and transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The open nature of everyone you come in contact with, no matter what level. The growth that we are experiencing at Syndigo and being part of the change that is happening. The commitment that the engineering staff has to deliver a top-notch solution.
