Not in every case, but most often I am able to reach them and ask for their help or support.

Independence - I can leave them for a long, long time and still be sure that they will deliver and nothing is going to collapse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole env. is unequal, so it depends but I'd indicate the openness. Also, feeling we're doing something unusual and important is something worth to mention.
