I have been able to advance at my company and learn a tremendous amount. But I think there is still lacking trust of delivery across various departments. I think there are hard truths that are difficult to face but I do feel passion for our industry, the problems we solve for and the ability to grow
What makes you most happy at work?
I think being successful and winning. Knowing that I'm very good or uniquely talented for what we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have stepped up in the recognition department across the board. In different settings and formats we have done a very sound job in recognizing peers and colleagues for great work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know there are peers or more junior employees that have a higher level of higher income. I think my commitment and loyalty to their organization has been taken for granted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think over time we get close to and know the true subject matter experts for various topics and those individuals are always eager to dig in with myself or the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have been very clear and above board on OGSMs to achieve what we are set out to do as a company. They are visible and accessible to my team and peers. I know what I am aiming towards and how to achieve success.
