Total compensation is not in line with similar businesses in the industry.

Needs to be a total overhaul. The leadership just tries to force/fake culture, but really they don't care about the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't listen to their Sales Reps. The products are constantly broken, and they just over promise and under deliver across the board.
