I feel isolated and like nobody is actively looking out for me or the team's best interest. It would be nice if someone would have an honest conversation with me about my career. I feel like I'm getting played
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been asked to do a job that is not clearly defined. I don't know the metrics by which I'll be judged, what success looks like and what happens if I succeed. I'm doing the job of a director but with the title and pay of a manager. Been asking for 2 years. Very frustrating!
