Everyone is very accepting and helps each other like a family, as we are all in this Syndigo journey together
What makes you most happy at work?
Working from home is definitely a high light as I can be around my cat while working. The light hearted environment and being able to be myself around my coworkers while doing my job is awesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not undervalued necessarily but being paid more during this hard time of what will probably be a recession (as our leadership team said in the last town hall) would make a world of difference in certain situations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as the inflation rate in America is 8 % and the merit raise was only 3% and that makes me feel like I am not worth the rest of what inflation is causing alone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know that if I ever have any questions for my team that my inquiries are looked at without judgement but instead purely viewed from a collaboration standpoint with the idea that Syndigo is ever evolving and we are all always learning together and using the resources to best help clients.
