There are a ton of good people that will help answer questions but there are some that are too busy to respond and VERY siloed information.
Promotions and pay increases are very difficult to come by. You have to work multiple jobs for a long period of time before being compensated for it. The salaries are below market standards.
I feel the focus is on new hires and the director and above levels. I also feel like the squeaky wheel gets the cheese. I know that the industry salaries for my position are much higher than my current compensation.
