Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No reviews have taken place. No raise, bonus, or merit increase. Swag is promised, but not delivered.

I hold a lot of accounts and am overwhelmed with work most of the time. I have been with the company for almost 5 years and find myself doing the job of others because they are very new.
