I have enjoyed the challenges and amount of knowledge I have already gained. Work life balance has been a hard adjustment but I think I have been more mindful of this and stepped back some to incorporate healthy time away from work more recently. Never a dull moment!
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving a new problem. Thinking outside the box and putting the pieces together to create a solution.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some awesome coworkers! Everyone's willingness to help or contribute their own knowledge makes working together that much better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that everyone is willing to work together, side-by-side, regardless of job title or rank in the org chart. Teamwork makes the dream work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is very fair and the bonus plan sounds great. I do wish they would split the annual bonus into twice a year though so there are no "golden handcuffs".
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While it is super fast-paced, there is always something new to learn to keep you engaged. Even if you don't know something, there are resources and coworkers willing to step in and help explain. I love getting to learn new things and am never bored at work so this is the biggest positive for me!
