Hiring freeze is putting extreme pressure on the individuals who are doing their job. Platform issues continue to rise. Poor strategy on our platform to our customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to focus more on the current employees and understand why there is such a huge turnover. In addition, there are significant platform issues that need to be resolved. This will help from customer churn.
