it's been great. i like what i do but some of the transition from one company to the next is crashing down on our department now so we are playing catch up

it's a comfortable place. allows for open conversations about what can be done to improve our work and they listen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i tend to do more work than people who filter work to me. my boss and i fix more issues that were created by others above me. get paid more than a starting wage to compensate for my 7 years of design experience
