Terrible since the appointment of the new head. Reason being high expectation with very poor region/influence based hiring. As a result more pressure is being pushed to others in the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop hiring based on personal reference and stop discriminating based on region. Provide equal opportunity irrespective of having hired by the managers reference and the managers region/language.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equality must be cross the entire company and should not be excluded for just a particular team, especially to a team which works 24/7 365days a year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
STOP hiring based on region/language! Focus on work life balance for employees. Put in a lil effort to help improve employees productivity by providing much needed basic assets like a simple monitor.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers have to stop thinking they are superior just because they were directly hired on the reference of manager and head of the department and actually put in the effort to understand KT given by existing employees.
