The team is very close-knit, and care about delivering value to our customers, while at the same time want to help each other when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Secondary perks seem are out of tune with current inflation and expense levels, feels just like a 'token'. Primary compensation is quite below the market average.
