What I like best about the leadership team at Synopsys is their passion for work, which creates a lively atmosphere that fosters collaboration and innovation., but in IT India it's completely opposite. Synopsys is a great place to work but some of them are running the culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
ask them to treat employee as human being and everyone have family. Be neutral for all employee and don't create toxic work environment. Everyone working for Synopsys to grow but current management looking for his own growth and also want to grow their near and dears one.

i am billable for 100 % in the VST account, but no recognition and no appreciation from anyone and Geeting paid less from others in the same level.

If work for every employee matter, then should give equal priorities in terms of paid and compensation value. If employees are loyal with company from long time, then should considered that too. But I feel somehow missing.
