Clarity in communication of overall goals between upper management and direct managers (coaches).
Stop with this insanity. Let tech be tech. Stop the micromanagement!
Better managing structure e.g (district managers, cluster managers, reliable managers) and for it to be enforced. Have more district managers. Not yust one.

Share in the wealth generated from equity. It seems this benefit is mostly extended to Director and above and not to senior contributors below that level.
A pension, and union representation to protect us from mike seivert and his cronies
Paying me what im owed for my sick time out with covid and and vacatiok days i never used
I know there are others that have been with the company less that I have that make more or almost as much as I do. Each time a review comes up I'm told "you are already the highest paid", I know it's not accurate as I have spoken with others and know that they make more doing a lower role.
Compensation depends on hiring manager's fairness. Seeing wildly different salaries for same work with comparable experience. HR doesn't' care.
Better sales people, better training

Coworkers are fine i wouldnt sugges improvements for people doing their jobs correctly
Get rid of managers that don't know how to manage
Professionalism and understanding social dynamics.
Taking advantage of their position. district managers are not checking up on managers. My co worker takes 1 hour breaks or up to 2 hours and alwyas calling off. Ive been micro managing for the manager. I dont respect her anymore. They need to hire someone that actually wants to work. Positivity.
Review from Sales Dept
Ethical considerations for religious freedoms.
Have more than one district manager that operates more than 10 stores. They are never seen through months, better managing structure. Not have bogus managers that are lazy.
Review from Sales Dept
Stop so much pressure on goals and more about serving the cushomer
Better pay, better, CEO Getting a remake over of all upper management and corporate offices just how they do in retail and care
Review from Executive Dept
Return to be employee focused
Review from Engineering Dept
TMobile is about people. Make the experience about indiciduals instead of looking for canned responses to stock questions. Its diverse personalities and unique perspectives that make Tmobile what it is.
Provide a more professional interviewing process with, relevant questions.
Multiple rounds of interviews, redundant questions.
It all about who you know
The hiring process is biased and unfair
Feel your employees instead of feeling the money on yourselves only
Faster customer service when they have an issue or escalation
Keep your employees happy and don't have any more layoffs
Review from Sales Dept
Spotty network, terrible service. Unefficient tools
Review from Engineering Dept
Getting away from being the uncarrier. CEO and SLT has ZERO vision or innovation.
More diversity in the upper ranks and less hierarchy
Review from HR Dept
People not just satisfied with the status quo and over all goals dictating how departments go
