Fun and great people to work with
The leadership used to be amazing, supportive, and in line with the reality of our jobs. However, T-mobile has transformed into a greedy, corporate machine that demands every second of micromanaged time extracts the most effort from employees, the leadership has transformed into drones.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benfits, PTO and health benfits
Honestly PTO, and stocks. Hourly isn't as good as it once was. Just because it has risen doesn't mean it's kept up with inflation. Also commission is hyper focused on things that aren't always best for the customer.
Yearly stocks and espp purchases are great
Additional stocks in March every year.
I like that I get commission for my sales and make up for the pay there.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Simply being able to show my skills and achievements.
