The right and left hand needs to be on the same page(management, IT, CEO and leaders) and listen to others option without degrading them. We need to treat the employees under us with more respect and Value the ones that show up with appreciation.

no raises or cost of living increases yearly. Health care is so high and not affordable.

as part of the mexican team, I havent seen in my payment receipt what I was told I was going to get paid and there isnt gift card for the 100s but the equivalent in money after taxes and it is not fair because I was told that I was going to get a 25dlls gift card tax free.

They never ask how we feel and they never include us in anything that would impact our duties. Be nice if we are asked, before being told when it come to our team since you hold us accountable for every mistake.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company culture is around value for the employee and their families. It creates a fun culture which actually motivates employees. Telvista is an exciting place to work! There is hardly a dull moment and HR/Management consistently reflect your best interest. I love that!!

Management needs to allow me to do my own thing, not hover over me every second of the day, and ask me questions that I don't have a answer, because I literally just walk in.

it would appear that much has changed in my time with the company. we seem to have less and less control over what we are doing and instead are allowing the Client to dictate it more and more.

The transition back in center was not planned out, false promise were made and its a lot of favoritism going around. If I have to come in center then everyone else should have to come as well. It cost me money to come in center so its not fair others get to stay home due to no babysitter or car. :-(

Executive leadership is completely oblivious to what operations needs. We let an exemplary employee walk instead of promoting them and brought in two supervisors that didnt work out. Instead of promoting someone who knows the business to an OPS manager, we chose to hire from outside.
