To be honest, I've only met my manager. I've never met anyone above him outside of a few phone calls/conference calls from the regional manager. And since I'm a measure tech, I dont work in a store, nor have I met any of my coworkers. So I like that they are really hands off with work.

The raises are stingy, but it's fair otherwise.

The matching for 401k , it’s the only good thing they have for compensation. They pay nothing .

What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers know the product and together we always get along, it’s just stressful having to do so much with nothing in return because most people have to get second jobs even when they are full time here

I dont work in a store so I can't answer. I drive to customers homes to do measurements. But from what I get in conference calls and the few times I've met my manager they care about the people. Not just the job.

The issue is the customers. I do measurements in their homes. And some customers are great, others are very rude.
