They keep everyone informed of what direction the company wants to go and what the goals are. This is a good way to keep everyone feeling like they are a part of the team and that together those goals can be achieved!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very respectful and warm when they greet you. I am a firm believer that a lovely "good morning" or "hello" can change someone's day and you might not even know it.
