The team is very supportive

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire leads that are not rude and look down on people.
The entire warehouse needs completely different staff that you hopefully want to serve as a reflection of why you built this company. The mentality there is just as nasty as some of the clothes received

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love my pay at thredup
Preparing me to be better of my position i am in.
The sock options and the health insurance
they pay at or above market rate
Medical and dental insurance was great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You will never see those benefits, incentives, etc, because they'll fire you as soon as they're able. Quite literally the system is designed against you
Treating people like human beings and not livestock. Over time pay after 12 hrs, telling us our metrics when we first start instead of constantly guessing. Stop making us feel we'll be fired for insignificant things.
The pay is average its just not worth the stress of the environment
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers and trainers are genuinely good people, this isn't on them at all it's rooted into the company
we help lift eachother up throughout these dark times.

Our management is awful and always on their phones.
Communication and drama free zones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the staff have a positive vibes and if you feel down, they willing to help you feel better..

Stop being fake and actually care
Honestly get a completely new staff
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was supiciously easy, given their churn and burn practices
i liked touring the building while talking about qualifications, was also excited to work in a warehouse that reminded me of monsters inc lol
They staff that interview me know and willing to shared the same knowledge they already have with me so I can bring something better.
They communicated very well in scheduling the interview as well as during the interview itself
I felt the process was fair

Communication is very off, unprofessional
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing the package that the customer will receive will make them happy and feel that people care about them.

No its on the path to bankruptcy or devaluation.
