What is the best part about your compensation package?

I love my pay at thredup

Preparing me to be better of my position i am in.

The sock options and the health insurance

they pay at or above market rate

Medical and dental insurance was great

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Treating people like human beings and not livestock. Over time pay after 12 hrs, telling us our metrics when we first start instead of constantly guessing. Stop making us feel we'll be fired for insignificant things.

The pay is average its just not worth the stress of the environment
