What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hire leads that are not rude and look down on people.
The entire warehouse needs completely different staff that you hopefully want to serve as a reflection of why you built this company. The mentality there is just as nasty as some of the clothes received

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treating people like human beings and not livestock. Over time pay after 12 hrs, telling us our metrics when we first start instead of constantly guessing. Stop making us feel we'll be fired for insignificant things.
The pay is average its just not worth the stress of the environment

Our management is awful and always on their phones.
Communication and drama free zones.

Stop being fake and actually care
