it's very "nice", almost like working at a non-profit. People are generally nice and TRY to help. PTO is flexible. Work is meandering. No real ownership of products.
We are told we can contribute, and that we will be rewarded for speaking honestly and being transparent. I've not tried that hard to be honest, as I'm not sure it's true. TU seems very 'big corporate' stratified and 'stay in your lane'.
Many of the people i work with are top notch for certain.
