My boss is amazing and well trained

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The employees that work hard and consistently show up need to be acknowledged if not rewarded.

Equipment isnt up to standards and no real communication between company and employees about ANYTHING

I pretty much already stated what's going on. I've been there around 4 years and been through 3 Managers and the turn over rate is second to none.

Senior leadership needs to focus on their customer service representatives and try to help them instead of using them as expendable pawns.

Manager needs more training and is not capable of running a large company.

I work over 80 hrs a week, no personal time, no time off, not allowed to use my vacation as I would like, not enough payroll or employees, they did not ask permission and I am not reimbursed for the company is of my personal cell phone... They only way to improve, the company needs honesty
