Mostly amazing. Pay could be better but bonuses generally make up for wages.

Thry know whats going on and can explain things to me when I ask questions.

They care about the company, product, and team. Willing to do anything they ask us to do.

Flexible schedule and good work environment
I feel like I am apart of the team
Firm, fair and friendly and I wish that all the layers believed in family work ethics in the workplace.
Management has anger issues. Do not give you a fair chance new hires at all. I've completed my 123 punch in my booklet. I was on level two. I would like an opportunity a chance to be a team member again I feel like I was treated unfairwithout warning. I was terminated then I got a text at 9 o'clock.

Communication and Leadership roles and better interaction with staff
Learning how to treat your good employees U-Haul can't understand why there turn over is so high well it's because they don't do anything to keep people
Company needs to learn work life balance
I like everything about it. It's great.

It starts immediately and is very straightforward

The best is Pto and 401k
No health benefits ,but ,stock share payments are good
Because we all feel treated unfairly as well as unappreciated

Uhaul cant five me a good product to deliver.
maybe dont pay your employees 14 an hour
Don’t understand how the administration would bring in a GM that doesn’t like to
My manager only speaks to me if he's unhappy about something. He listens to the wrong people then wonders why he can't keep quality people. He doesn't care about policy, only $.
I get along with my coworkers we all work together

Theyre patient and kind, treat the customer with respect and dignity.

Hard working and dependable also very helpful
They dont care and i dont blamed them. Your company dont psy for all the work staffs has to do.
Higher pay.. actqully care about the employees that make your business thrive...
The rate of pay is low, so you can't attract or keep quality workers.
some that I have met are great - while others are only out for themselves
There is a clickishness with the boss and several employees that leaves some people out in the cold. Benefits like meals are not consistent between shifts, nor is information
That if I have questions or if my manager needs tomshow men

Co workers bond together to help each others attitudes

It feels like a family, home, consideration, respect

Very casual and supportive environment
They Have a GM that gets paid for free; literally
I need trucks that run and for my uhaul traffiic team members to show respect. They are so disrectful
Expections are unrealistic and so is the work life balance
Managers Don't need to be so condescending
More staff to assist or help.
It needs an overhaul at the top.
Got to speak to the person in charge of everyone. I know who i report to and who has the most experience.

It wad very personable and professional
Not too many questions but adequate as far as experience goes.
Give a person a fair change

Be more specific and see if they really want to work
Not a whole lot needs team players
They don't even give real interviews. They don't even discuss wages with you. If you can work and you are desperate for money. They want you!!!!
Review from Customer Support Dept
Have an actual interviewer who has spent more than 2 minutes looking over your resume and actually prep for interviews
Its simple and straightforward. Its repetitive but its a good routine.

Knowing that i always have someone to go to with any and every concern

My co workers my boss and my flexible schedule
Saying good morning helps ,and how are you doing is nice.
Management really needs to be taught how to properly treat employees
Review from Operations Dept · Posted 13 days ago
The employees that work hard and consistently show up need to be acknowledged if not rewarded.
Equipment isnt up to standards and no real communication between company and employees about ANYTHING
I pretty much already stated what's going on. I've been there around 4 years and been through 3 Managers and the turn over rate is second to none.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Senior leadership needs to focus on their customer service representatives and try to help them instead of using them as expendable pawns.
I love my work. Our new manager is a total micromanaging tyrant. She is going to cause our most loyal people to leave
Review from Marketing Dept
I like the culture. Across the entire US, its very unified and supportive.
My boss is very laid back
I would like to see drastic pay raises for at home agents.
