Learning how to treat your good employees U-Haul can't understand why there turn over is so high well it's because they don't do anything to keep people
Company needs to learn work life balance
Honesty and loyalty would help
Being friendly to both customers and employees
Helping their people succeed. Communication. Making employees feel valued.
My manager only speaks to me if he's unhappy about something. He listens to the wrong people then wonders why he can't keep quality people. He doesn't care about policy, only $.
Getting dental on my own is cheaper than the companies when going through the process with the same vendor. There is no medical insurance, just a limited monetary return for medical needs. The training is lax and there is no review system
Better dental and more options for the workers in the field
Need fulltime always thrown in my face moonlighter cant get benefits

I'd feel better if I had more control over investment of my funds. I'd also feel better if I could afford to have the max invested every paycheck. Which I can not afford so I'm stuck investing very little. I'd also like to see more emails educating me more on finance and how to grow wealth.

The rate of pay is low, so you can't attract or keep quality workers.
some that I have met are great - while others are only out for themselves
There is a clickishness with the boss and several employees that leaves some people out in the cold. Benefits like meals are not consistent between shifts, nor is information
Their needs to be more urgency and responsibility relating to job duties and the sharing of workload.
more of a team mentality. show up for your shifts. stop the drama
Expections are unrealistic and so is the work life balance
Managers Don't need to be so condescending
More staff to assist or help.
It needs an overhaul at the top.
I am discouraged that hard work and reliability isn’t noticed and rewarde
Not a whole lot needs team players
They don't even give real interviews. They don't even discuss wages with you. If you can work and you are desperate for money. They want you!!!!
Review from Customer Support Dept
Have an actual interviewer who has spent more than 2 minutes looking over your resume and actually prep for interviews
Drug test first before anything then we can talk
Be better then do you have a valid drivers license
The employees that work hard and consistently show up need to be acknowledged if not rewarded.
Equipment isnt up to standards and no real communication between company and employees about ANYTHING
I pretty much already stated what's going on. I've been there around 4 years and been through 3 Managers and the turn over rate is second to none.

Senior leadership needs to focus on their customer service representatives and try to help them instead of using them as expendable pawns.
Theres too much to put into just 300 characters
I would like to see drastic pay raises for at home agents.
