I think that there could be more opportunities for growth and I don't know if I fully agree that you need to be in your role for 1 year to be promotion eligible.

I joined Uber during the market downturn around Feb-2023 and the offer was too low.

While benefits are awesome, comp seems to be on the low end of the scale as compared to competitors. Not hitting top ranges of salary band and not getting promoted as quickly as expected.
