What do you like best about the leadership team?
My interactions with our leadership team and executive leadership team has been fantastic. I feel our leadership takes the time to listen to my suggestions/concerns, regardless of job title.

We all know each other very well and get along. We make time to get to know each other outside of work.

My team feels like family. We all know each other well and when people are hired, the managers have the candidate interview with all managers in every department so they ca decide if they will be a good fit. They have done a great job creating a diverse culture that just blends wonderfully.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there are efforts and strides made towards a meaningful and lasting change within our company culture from the top down and from the bottom up. No one will feel left out.

That our CEO keeps her promises to UL employees and that she is committed to stay true to our mission and values.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The commitment of DE& I and inclusion promise need to be implemented simultaneously, bottom-up & top-down, and without prejudice. I believe that this is what will set UL aside from many employers of choice.
