What makes you most happy at work?
Giving and receiving Bravos! It's a simple way to give public recognition for a job well done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was virtual so I was able to interview with out missing time away from the job I already had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
UHC cultural values and the concepts behind them permeate every action and decision in the Specialty Benefits Operations right up to the VP.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are a lot of leadership teams that I deal with. Definitely some are better than others. My immediate leadership team fights for us to get what we need.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team cares about each other. We share our wins and losses both personally and professionally. We laugh and cry together. The last couple years have been tough but I can't imagine doing life without these women.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Is working from home compensation? UHG had this before covid and it was one of the main reasons I wanted to work here. I consider it compensation in that I don't have to incur gas/tolls & wear on my vehicle. I have 3 more hours in my day that I can prioritize what is important instead of commuting.
