Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not within the guardrails for my position. And the insurance stinks. The premiums and the deductibles are too high. It takes away a large portion of my pay to cover myself and my children by the time I have paid my out of pocket expenses. Either make the premiums or deductibles lower
