My direct managers have always been very nice and fair, no micromanaging

Pay is pretty fair, we get quite a few PTO days as well

I just don't like the business, I think insurance is a racket in so many ways

The team telecommutes from different parts of the country but we have good communication with each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home, so environment not applicable, although I love being able to telecommute and they have a good system for telecommuters
