We help each other out to avoid write ups for not hitting over inflated production goals, conspire against management to make our supervisor look foolish. Great fun!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership is so highly compensated they have no idea what the 'normal' worker is making or how hard they have to work. Be more down to earth and realistic, rather than sit in the ivory tower and collect 31 billion dollars a year.
