
Our current set-up is that all of us are full-time 100% telecommuters. Meetings are by phone or web-conference. My peers are my partners, and we each have our roles.
I work for UMR, which is the TPA branch of UHG. Our supervisors and managers consistenly have our backs. They are our bosses, but still very much part of our work-team as well.
At UHC we have the option to have a portion of our after-tax pay kept back for the purchase of company stock. The stock purchase happens twice a year, and the purchase price is based on the lowest price within the specified look-back period.
