Listen to the needs of the employees.
Better equipment and software that communicates with each other for auth, billing and clinical needs.
They are horrible, employees are human capital and they remind us of that at every meeting.
Management doesn't listen to the needs of workers. Recently had a health issue with my husband and my manager said it's nothing to worry about, it's just stress. Ruptured stomach ulcer is stress. Doc wanted to do a CT before rupture but couldn't get through via phone, fax or website to get the auth.
