What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to deside that saving employees who know the business is better than watching them go to other companies. Take pride in your employees, ot your bottom line
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We are a team that has been together for over 8 years. Unfortunately, we do more work now than we did 8 years ago, but have less than half the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Optum cares more about the stock holders than their employees. A prime example is when the new tax law was signed by the President, Optum stated they instead of giving it to the employees as bonuses/raises, they were going to buy other companies with it.
